Layag-Layag Beach

I was looking for a place that isn't overcrowded. A place to relax, rest and just enjoy the view. I found this place, I saw it on a post on facebook and told my friend about the place. That "Biglaang lakad ay laging natutuloy" 😄

Solo namin ang beach! 😄

Layag Layag Beach is located in Barangay Papaya, Nasugbu Batangas. The beach is perfect if you want adventure and camping. No electricity, no cottage, no restrooms, no stores (Bring all your supplies) and NO ENTRANCE FEE. Yes,  it's free. :)

GETTING THERE :

1. Private Car via Kaybiang Tunnel. We tried to search brgy. Papaya on google maps but we couldn't find it. We just search Kaybiang Tunnel and called our contact boat man for the direction. 

2. Just ride a bus going to Nasugbu and drop off at Nasugbu town proper, travel time is about 3 hours. From there you will ride a tricycle to reach barangay Papaya, travel time is about an hour. And from barangay Papaya you will have to ride a small boat to reach Layag Layag beach, travel time is about 15-20 minutes.

Disclaimer:

The beach has a lot of garbage. So when you go there, don't leave your trash. Bring it with you! Leave no trace. :)

UPDATE: According to my friends who went there, As of May 2017, Layag-layag beach is now closed to visitors.
